Adults

Kasey Ewing

We want every adult who attends New Vision to be in a group. Corporate worship is important, but Pastor Brady will tell you that if you only have one hour a week to give, give it to a group. Besides Bible study, groups create opportunities for personal accountability and building life long friendships as you also grow in your relationship with Christ. It’s the single best way for people to give and receive ministry and to feel “connected” to their church. #NVConnect

2 Ways to Find A Group

Click the Group Finder button and use a series of filters to find the group best suited to you.

Stop by The HUB before or after service this Sunday and a volunteer will be happy to help. The HUB is located near the coffee bar.

Resources

We’re passionate about every adult being in a group. If you need childcare in order to participate in an off-campus small group, we can provide childcare reimbursement at a predetermined rate.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Here are answers to a few questions to help get your students settled in to make their first visit... and yours...as easy and enjoyable as possible! We’re looking forward to meeting you!

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

First time guests will be greeted and checked in at the HUB or any welcome desk. On return visits, students do not need to “check in”. Student groups are separated by grade. In the Student Center, find the sign for your student’s grade and take them there. They’ll be welcomed by one of our amazing greeters with a hello and a high five, and introduced to some new friends! If there is an emergency, parents are contacted via cell phone. If you have any questions or concerns, any of our Student Ministry volunteers or staff members will be very happy to help.

SUNDAY AM PICK-UP PROCEDURE

At the conclusion of group time, leaders dismiss the students to a spot designated by the parents. Most families have their students either meet in the back of the student center or at the coffee bar area located directly outside the student center.

WEDNESDAY PM PICK-UP PROCEDURE

Middle School students are dismissed at 7:10. Parents may pick them up by 7:15 in the Atrium. Or, students may hang out in the Alley and then meet their parents for pick up in the Atrium at 7:30.
